These terms outline the rules for using the CodeAddon Forms Google Sheets add-on and the forms.codeaddon.com service. By using the service you accept these terms. Do not continue to use CodeAddon Forms if you do not agree.
1. Terminology
"Client", "You" and "Your" refer to you, the user of the service. "The Company", "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to CODEADDON LLC.
2. The service
CodeAddon Forms provides an endpoint URL that receives your HTML form submissions and writes them to a Google Sheet you connect, along with optional email alerts, redirects, webhooks, and analytics depending on your plan.
3. Plans and quotas
Free, Essential, and Pro plans each carry submission, form, and email quotas as published on our pricing page. Submissions beyond your monthly quota are rejected until the quota resets or you upgrade; your existing sheet data is never affected by exceeding a quota.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of everything submitted through your forms. Your Google Sheet is the permanent record of your submissions on every plan. Cloud Backup, available on paid plans, is a temporary convenience copy — see our Privacy Policy for retention periods.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use CodeAddon Forms to collect data unlawfully, send unsolicited bulk email, phish, or otherwise abuse the auto-response or webhook features. We reserve the right to suspend forms or accounts that violate this.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the add-on; access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan and its limits.
7. Service availability
CodeAddon Forms is provided on a best-effort basis on a zero-cost infrastructure tier. Outbound webhooks are sent with a 5-second timeout and are not retried on failure — build your integration accordingly.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties relating to the service. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
On the Free plan, provided at no charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
9. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
